The warranty obligations of Active Ankle Systems, Inc., manufacturer of the Dorsal Night Splint™, are limited to the terms set forth below:

Active Ankle takes pride in its products. Active Ankle offers a limited 90-day warranty on the Dorsal Night Splint™. This warranty is valid only for the original consumer from the date of purchase, and terminate if the product is sold or transferred to someone else. The warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, misuse or abuse.

During the warranty period, if you feel your Dorsal Night Splint™ is defective in material or workmanship, you must contact us at

At our option, we will either have you send the defective part or product to us for inspection, postage prepaid, to the address set forth below and we will repair or replace it if covered by one of our warranties; or we may elect to send you a replacement without investigation. Active Ankle will require you to provide us an original sales slip or bill of sale before making any replacement under this warranty.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
